FAQ:

Q ... When can I come to see my plot and walk the Trail?
A.... You may visit twice each month throughout the year, usually Saturday/Sunday Or if you are an Overseas Guest at any reasonable time, by calling us first.

Q... How do I decide which plot I want?
A... Read through " TYPES OF PLOT" and choose which field type suits your needs

Q...Where can I stay?
A... We will supply you with a list of nearby inexpensive Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast or Country Hotels when you join ... Prices from around £20 Just call to book!

Q... Can I bring my dog?
A... Yes but it must be kept on a leash and must not mess around the Farmstead

Q...What else is there to do?
A...We are close to 3 Large towns all of different character, all worth a look nearby we have fishing, cycling, horse riding, flying, go karting, etc ...

Q... Will I be able to stay at the Farmstead?
A... Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate guests on Farm but our list of local B&B`s are only a few minutes away

Q... Can we bring our Caravan / Camper?
A... Yes ... But you may only stop for a couple of nights

Q... Can I grow anything on my plot?
A... No....but we do have "HANDS ON PLOTS" these are on a section of arable field where you can grow vegetables but only during summer months

Q... Does Adoptaplot have a Farm nearer to where I live or anywhere abroad?
A... Not at present but we are actively seeking suitable Farms both in the UK and World Wide, if you have a property in mind, "Call Us"

RULES:
The adoption of plots is at the sole discretion of the owner of "AdoptaPlot". No financial benefit or reward is given or implied when adopting your plot. No right of exclusive occupation is allowed, and all rights over the land are retained by the Owner.The agreement prohibits any tenancy or possession. No structure of any type is permitted. Any party causing damage, leaving litter or compromising the running of the farm in any way will be asked to leave and the agreement will be terminated, no refund will be issued and all further contact will cease Picnics, are permitted on the plots, But, we would ask that you use the Picnic area provided close to the Car Park as glass, bottles or litter etc.are not to be left behind. No persons will be allowed to remain on Farm after dusk or before dawn. No one will be permitted to deface or alter any part of their plot.
